ROTES HOUSE

Just a few metres from the sea, in what is considered to be the best area of Denia, we have built this cosy villa for the retirement and rest of its owners.
Its modern architecture with some classical touches stands out for the combination of the colour WHITE with the NATURAL GREEN of its garden, which gives it a lot of freshness, spaciousness and an immense light in all its rooms.
The house is dominated by a bookcase on one of the walls of the living room (from floor to ceiling), which can also be accessed, in its upper part, through a glass gallery. The whole house as a whole invites you to disconnect from the daily stress, to enjoy living, to take a rest……
